Trisha Conway is the founder of eHealth Consulting. With over 29 years of nursing experience and over a decade of IT experience, she is well suited to bridge the great divide between technology and clinical practice.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, Trisha has worked in cardiac care, home care, Medicare compliance and billing, and most recently health informatics. Each of these opportunities have uniquely molded her into an expert in the health informatics field, positioning her to be a pivotal part of each practice. Primary areas of expertise include: MACRA & other government initiatives, functionality & workflow, and Training & Vendor Integration.
Jennifer is an exceptional asset to the eHealth team! She has over 10 years of experience in healthcare, focused primarily on using, overseeing and implementing EHR technology in large multispecialty practices.
She is an expert in Professional EHR, specifically in the Clinical, Clinical Customization, Output Manager and Reporting Modules. She was the subject matter expert for Meaningful Use Stage 1 and 2 at her most recent practice and has attested for over 30 providers.
Jennifer is a proud mother and wife and describes herself as follows: “I have two little girls that have brought me the greatest happiness and fulfillment. My military background also defines who I am; I served our country honorably for 8 years. The military made me a stronger person not only physically, but mentally; it made me see life in a different way. I believe in what I do and that with the right attitude and hard work, anything is possible.”

Mandy has been working for eHealth since May of 2015. Trisha trained Mandy at Allscripts and loved the passion she had for utilizing technology to enhance health care. She specializes in PCMH certifications and has received excellent feedback from clients as well as from the NCQA surveyors.
Mandy is also a CMUP (Certified Meaningful Use Professional) and is currently attending Liberty University working on her degree in nursing informatics.
